Location was great, 10 min from Shibuya crossing. Plenty of food options and bars around the hotel. Night Staff, absolutely amazing!! Helped me send my suitcase to the next hotel. At 2am the person on duty spend time with me to calculate the hours exactly to ensure there is enough time for my luggage to be delivered, he measured it for me and saved me the pain of carrying it with me. Massive thank you! And on this note, having a 24h reception service is a massive bonus for me as I came across hotels that didn't. They also have a souvenir shop at the reception with beautiful and unique designs (for those last minute shoppers) as well as toiletry items (for those who forgot to get some, these were free of charge). They allowed me to leave my backpack there, on my last day, whilst I spend the morning and afternoon away and was able to pick it up early evening.

Absolutely lovely staff - it really is the little things; they were the only staff in our month long Japan trip to put our luggage up in our rooms for us (as we dropped our suitcases off in the morning before check in time). Location was amazing! If you like the lively, vibrant aspect of Tokyo, we found it to be great! Just over 5 min walk to Shibuya Station, 7/11 a few doors up, 5-10 min walk to Scramble Crossing. We also love when a hotel has 24 hour reception. I saw a lot of comments regarding the decor style but I honestly found it adorable! It was homey, sweet, cozy and was also the biggest hotel room we stayed in by far (could actually open our suitcases - if you know, you know).

Location! Its just 10 minutes walk to the Shibuya Station and the famouse scramble crossing and the shopping area of Shibuya. The hotel itself is in a safe area, away from all the noise, but just close enough to all the action, well connected to all the areas of Tokyo. If you dont mind some stairs climbing (which can be avoided if you learn the google maps well enough), then go for it! It was great place to stay. Change of towels and cleaning every day, without fail. Coffee in the morning. The room was big enough to have a nice dinner inside with my husband. Couple convinient stores next to the hotel, so no problem to get something to eat or any other necessary item...

The hotel has a classic style—not very modern, but very clean—and it’s very well located, just 200 meters from Shibuya Station, from where you can get anywhere you want to go. It’s also within walking distance of Shibuya’s main tourist spots, like the famous crossing. Breakfast is not served, but there are several convenience stores (kombini) nearby where you can easily find something, and there’s also a coffee shop right on the corner. The staff was always very friendly. The room is very small, as is common throughout Japan, and the same goes for the bathroom. You do get used to it and we felt very comfortable, but it can feel a bit uncomfortable at first.

Very pleasant and old school hotel to stay. Mainly it is close to Shibuya but very quiet which is exactly what I am looking for. The double bed room was really cosy and I love the older furniture and wall tapestry. They really give it an old school feeling. The room was really clean and most importantly there is also a desk. Despite having four pieces of luggage the space was adequate and never felt crowded. The staff were tremendous - extremely polite, well spoken. The lobby also is really cool looking and you feel you can be sheltered inside from the surprisingly cold weather that grasped Tokyo.
